🔄 Exchange and Return Policy - Jothrah Store
We are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience. Therefore a clear exchange and return policy has been adopted in accordance with the electronic commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
📦 Return Policy
The customer has the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
✅ Conditions for accepting a return:
- The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
- The product must be completely unused.
- All accessories included with the product must be attached if any.
❌ Cases not covered by Return
- Products that have been opened from their original packaging or used.
- Products damaged due to poor storage or misuse by the customer.
- Products included in clearance sales or special discounts unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Products that cannot be returned for health or regulatory reasons related to the nature of agricultural materials.
🔄 Exchange Policy
The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:
- Arrival of a damaged product or a proven manufacturing defect.
- Arrival of a product completely different from the one requested in the order.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Store Error: In the event the product is damaged or incorrect the store bears all shipping and return costs.
- Customer Desire: In the event the customer wishes to exchange or return without a defect or error the customer bears all shipping costs both ways.
📑 Financial Fees and Refund Process
- A fixed restocking and shipping fee of 18 Saudi Riyals will be deducted from the value of the returned order (in the event the return is based on the customer desire).
- After the product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing the purchase.
- If the product arrives at the warehouse in a condition that violates our terms the store has the right to refuse the return and reship the product to the customer while charging them for the costs.
- The store is not responsible for any delays beyond its control resulting from shipping companies or force majeure.
